The Healthy Worker was established in 2013 to assist Organisations throughout the UK to positively and effectively manage and reduce sickness absence whilst optimising workforce potential. We support both HR and Occupational Health colleagues.
Employee wellbeing has a significant impact on performance outcomes. It is directly linked to organisational wellbeing, including staff engagement, productivity and profitability. It also impacts upon your customers experience and their outcomes.
Our ethos, backed up by extensive evidence, is that work is good for us, and organisational outcomes are improved by taking care of the health and wellbeing of employees. We work with you to assess and improve employee wellbeing within your organisation for the benefit of both your staff and your business.
